Checks to see if the website is valid
Determines what platform it's built on (32 platforms)
Determines if it has chat (48 platforms)
If it has chat, is it AI or just a basic chat?
Bonus: no chat, means they probably don't have Voice AI either!
If the site has LocalBusiness Schema (for you SEO peeps)
Fetches any phone numbers on the site
Fetches any emails (excluding ~1,500 ignore patterns) so you get good emails.
When it's done, it stuffs all that information back into GHL so you're ready to prospect to only the most qualified of leads.
